Shipping and Delivery Policy

House of Bhama ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.

ORDER DISPATCH

House of Bhama orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.

ORDER DELIVERY

Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer at the time of placing the order. If customer needs to make any changes, please email us at houseofbhama@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

House of Bhama offers free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹150 is applicable for all COD orders within India.

Please note, if delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, wrong pin code, or an unreachable contact number etc the cost of re-shipping the parcel will be the responsibility of the customer.
