Exchange and Return Policy
At House of Bhama, we strive to deliver high-quality Blouses and a satisfying shopping experience. Please read our exchange, return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be raised to houseofbhama@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, perfume, stains, alterations, or damage will not qualify for exchange.
- If exchanging for a higher-value product, the price difference must be paid in advance.
- If exchanging for a lower-value product, the balance amount will be issued as store credit only.
- Exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet our quality verification standards.
Return and Refund Policy
- As a policy, we do not offer returns and refunds for products that are delivered in perfect condition and match the order placed
- We offer returns and refunds only when Damaged product received or Wrong product delivered
- The issue must be reported to houseofbhama@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
- A clear,continuous, unedited unboxing video (The video must not be paused, edited, or cut at any point) is mandatory.
- Refund for Damaged product or Wrong product delivered will be made as per customers choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode.
Handcraft Disclaimer
Most of our Blouses are handcrafted products. Slight variations in design, texture, color, or minor irregularities are inherent to the handmade process. These natural imperfections enhance the uniqueness and charm of each piece and cannot be considered defects or damage.
